Kinder Chocolate Eggs

What Is It?

I'm sure we've all come across these little treats at some point, but in case you haven't...they are chocolate eggs that hide a plastic container which holds a little toy (most must be built).

What Happened?

A German company called Kreiner created some of the Kinder line, including little tiny toys that the CPSC determined were very real choking hazards. 

Aftermath?

Kinder voluntarily recalled 5000 eggs once the CPSC released their findings to avoid any incidents.  None of these eggs apparently made their way into the US for sales, and the Kinder company is still going strong.
