What Is It?
It's a doll who has a pully that launches it from it's base when pulled. The doll's foam wings would spread, and it would whirl into the air.
What Happened?
As the doll sort of spins unpredictably in the air, it caused over 100 reported injuries to Children as it would strike them causing lacerations, missing teeth and even minor concussions.
Aftermath?
In June 2000 all of the Sky Dancers dolls were recalled.
