What Is It?
In 1999 Disney released this action figure of Tarzan called "Rad Repeatin' Tarzan" to accompany their film release.
What Happened?
The features of Tarzan made him an instant collectible as the hand of the doll happens to be placed over the groin area, and the action of the doll is that the arm raises and lowers in a rather sexual manner. All this, and he has a rather disturbing yell. In fact, words cannot convey this, I'll include a link to a video demonstration!

Aftermath?
Many toy stores refused to carry this for obvious reasons, so they quit making them....which is why they are quite collectible now.
